A New Kind of Tutoring Company:
Welcome to Oakland Tutoring.  We are a tutoring company that provides individual help for all grades, subjects and standardized test prep in the convenience of your own home. Most tutoring academies operate on similar models. Your child or teenager goes to the academy a couple of times per week where the ratio is up to three students per teacher, or more. And much of their time is often spent working on standardized lessons and tests by themselves. We believe there is a better way.

We understand the needs of students and parents, and the strategies-based learning system that we utilize has been developed and tested for over thirty years and really works!
